Slavery is dead. And slavery is alive.

Before we get going, I would like to take a moment and ask that you pray for the families of the smoke jumpers that died in Prescott, Arizona this last weekend when a fire blew up to firestorm proportions and overcame them in a matter of seconds and build containment lines.  These men died for love of family and community, their friends and neighbors and Jesus himself said there is no greater love than a man who would die for his fellow man, not even knowing them.  This is what this country needs a whole lot more of.

Yesterday, the Obama Pro-Sodomy Tour of Africa was dealt a very nice slap down by the country of Kenya.  A Vice President basically told Barry O that Kenya is a God fearing country and we don’t have to be tolerant of the practices of the devil.  Apparently, the audacity of Soap on a Rope doesn’t do so well in that country.  I don’t think they really want him as much as WE don’t want him. 

Next up, a rare bird last seen 27 years ago in England flew for his first, and last, time as he crashed into a wind turbine and was munched.  The spirit of Monty Python is alive and well.  God bless that bird for his ironic sense of humor and his total lack of timing.  He just made the green tree huggers and PETA look like total dim bulbs.  

I don’t know whether this is funny or sad, but Obama’s foreign policy has once again been proven to be nothing more than dog poo on a hot highway.  In Egypt, millions have taken to the street all over the country to protest The Muslim Brotherhood and Morsi’s severe governmental penalties.  Seeing as how Obama loves the Muslim Brotherhood so much, this should make him feel stupid that not only did he pick a loser, but we now hear that the military is threatening a coup if both sides don’t chill out.  For those of you that don’t know it, we have plenty of boots on the ground in Egypt, why?  I have no idea.  This guy’s foreign policy has been a loser since day one and the only thing he knows how to do is smuggle weapons to people that were once our enemy six months ago but were against the tyrannical leaders in Libya, Morocco, Egypt, and now Syria, where even the Russians realize this is a lost cause and they’re pulling all their troops out.  But OUR Coward in Chief wants to STUFF Marines in Syria.  As a conservative, I’m getting real tired of watching some of our best and brightest sacrificed for nothing in countries that would rather be alive than free.

And my Pick of the Day, an atheist group has chosen to erect a monument to NOTHING next to a monument of the Ten Commandments.  This monument is a 1500 pound granite bench.  Wouldn’t it just be fabulous if some courageous Christian group were to sit on that bench during a prayer or worship service?  Again, God wins when He takes something meant for evil and turns it into something good.  A question:  Why do atheists spend so much time trying to prove something they don’t believe in actually exists?  I guess an atheist is nothing more than a two year old having a tantrum over learning that there is something more having control over their lives than them.

Slavery history you never learned in school:  It’s amazing to me that in 21^st century America, blacks, not all but many, still wallow self-pity over an institution that was abolished in America over 150 years ago.  We had a president (Clinton) apologizing for it.  Some of the dumbest complaints about slavery have been made by supposedly educated members of Congress.  First of all, that’s an oxymoron, because you don’t have to be educated to get elected to Congress (hey, John Kerry, you DO have to be educated to get into the military).  Just look at all the people, like Sheila Jackson Lee and Al Sharpton (I know he’s not in Congress but the man simply cannot open his mouth without completely offending the senses), the list goes on and on.  So for all those people who think that it’s a crime by whites against blacks, let me educate you as to the historical record of where and how slavery started in America. 

The year was 1688, Jamestown, Virginia, black man named Antonio comes to America with seven other indentured servants (that means you owe someone labor for seven years for something they did for you).  He does his time on a plantation, his seven years are up, and he petitions the court to allow him to keep three black men as slaves, not indentured servants.  Slavery has no time limit on your servants, indentured servitude does.  He changed his name from Antonio to Anthony Johnson, Johnson being the name of his master at the time, and won his case in court.  Slavery, unfortunately, came to America in 1695 at the hands of a black man from Europe, enslaving his fellow blacks.  A lot of people believe that white slave traders were responsible for capturing blacks in Africa.  This is about 90% false.  While they did have a little bit to do with it, more often than not, African Muslims trapped, captured, whatever you want to call it, Europeans and Africans, forcing them into the slave trade.  The Europeans were kept in Africa for obvious reasons:  selling a white man into slavery in a black country.  The Muslims made plenty of money to wage their wars of Jihad across Africa and the Middle East and Europe, all the way to Poland and across to England.  There is a ton of disinformation and out-and-out lies spread about by blacks (I do not call them African Americans.  You are either African or American.  You do not get dual citizenship because of your color) and if blacks can refer to me and mine as white, then the same should be reciprocated.  I am quite happy to be white.  Ben Carson is quite happy to be a black man.  So is JC Watts.  So is Michael Jordan.  So is Magic Johnson.  So is Allen West.  My good friend and buddy in the Army, Reuben James Neal, or Jerald Spiller, or Scotty Brown, they were all proud black men and some of the best people I’ve ever known.  They didn’t hang the African thing on because they all realized the same thing:  “East St. Louis was bad enough.  I ain’t going back to Africa for nothing,” said Jerry as he laughed.

Now, back to my thought. 

Since the turn of the 20^th century, it has been the Democratic Party that has CONTINUALLY chosen to oppress and convince black people that they needed to be on the government rolls.  Woodrow Wilson, a Democrat who despised blacks, segregated the military.  Margaret Sanger, another Democrat, started Planned Parenthood to cut down on the number of blacks being born in America.  She felt they were morally and mentally inferior to whites.  She obviously never met Dr. Ben Carson.  This has been going on all the way up to and including and THROUGH Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society, which exploded the welfare rolls.  They took generations of black people and basically enslaved them to the government for food and for housing.  They congregated them all in areas of Section 8 Housing which is akin to the same thing they did to American Indians on their reservations.  It’s amazing how these two races of people have similar story lines.  Now you look at both of these areas, the reservations and the ghettos, and you see TRUE racism.  The kind of racism that sneaks up and stabs you in the chest like a heart attack.  It doesn’t look you in the eye like the disgusting, foul KKK or other White Supremacists, it stabs you in the back with its false concern and institutionalized demagoguery.  They’re telling you that you’re no good.  You’re not good enough to do anything while hiding it in such clever names as “social justice”, “reparations”, “getting a slice of the pie that’s owed to you”, and here’s where I’ll probably take a lot of heat, but that’s a load of crap. 

Nobody, NOBODY in this country, black or otherwise, has been enslaved for over 150 years, except for those people that choose to side with the Democrats or “progressives” or “liberals” and then wonder why they can’t get a job, or they can’t better themselves out of the ghettos.  The illiterate young woman that testified at the Zimmerman trial for 2-3 days is a prime example.  Someone with NO self-esteem or self-worth who has bought into the lie told to her mother and her grandmother and her grandmother’s grandmother that you are black, you are inferior, you are not worth education or speaking better or learning better and that you should just take the check and be happy.  Get your Obama money and your Obama phone and then beg the world to feel sorry for you when you cannot speak eloquently or eruditely or provide for yourself or read cursive, let alone keep 73% of the new babies being born from having a father in their lives.  This leads to another topic at a later date, the nuclear family and why it matters.   The only thing keeping blacks in slavery’s chains are……blacks.  When black men realize and accept that black women are more than just baby mommas, and women start telling that sweet talking man that wants to get into their pants a very firm, “No, not until you are willing to be a FATHER and provide and make good for your family.  Not until you are willing to be a LEADER for your children,” will this end.  Until that day, no man or woman will tell a government check to get lost because entire generations have been told by those handing out those checks, “You’re not good enough to do anything but stand there with your hand out and take this check.”  And considering that right now a shiny new pair of Air Jordans is just too sumptuous looking to work for and it’s easier to steal because, dammit, I’m owed this pair of shoes because I live in the ghetto and I’ll never get a pair any other way other than stealing them, until that mindset is crushed, slavery will continue to exist, no matter how much we say it doesn’t. 

I didn’t get to Senate Bill 744 mostly because there are still developments and I want to have it all together before I write on that.  This could probably be an entire blog topic on its own:  Immigration and modern day slavery, even though they are paid. 

So, remember, there is a God, He does live, there is a heaven and there is a hell.  Your choices determine where you go, and trust me, you WILL go to one or the other.  The simplest way to avoid going to hell is just admitting to God that you are a sinner, that you know Jesus died for you on the cross to wash away your sins, and if you were the ONLY sinner in the world He would still have died for you, He loved you THAT much.  Accept Him, accept His gift, but be prepared, you can’t trade it in on a bigger size or a different color.  It’s eternal, so no going to Neiman Marcus for an exchange.  Just tell Him that you are a sinner and you believe in Him and you believe he rose on the third day and that you want Him in your heart and He will take care of the rest.  Be sincere or don’t do it at all.  Be not afraid, lift up your heads, for your redemption draws nigh.  So stand up, look up, and pack up, because we are going UP and I can’t wait!
